Hi B/, the situation is as follows, I managed to track down the phone number of my next door neighbour who's been acting mentally unwell lately, like just randomly screaming at people on the street and shit, but due to living in the UK the police won't do shit about it until the guy just completely snaps, and I'm worried the longer this goes on the higher the odds are he smashes my car up or something, though the needle that broke the camel’s back in this case is him taking a shit on my front garden, my camera doorbell caught the guy, I showed him the footage, and he still denies it, and unfortunately the police are as useful as they usually are, so here's where you come in. The dude's a paranoid nut, so all it should take is a few phone calls to get him to crack enough that the police finally take him to a looney bin, I'll leave his details bellow, threatening him with deportation should work well if you want a starter idea.
