SEX, LOVE & SECRETS (TV show, 2005, with Denise Richards and Eric Balfour)

Is there an HQ copy with an English track? Ideally a real HDTVrip (1920x1080 or 4:3 1440x1080) if it's real HD and not upscaled from SD, or a HQ SDTVrip? Better quality = happier me, but I'd be happy with anything at this point.
Technically I only "need" episode 01 (it's a missing piece for an actress' filmography, and she has a minor appearance there), but I'll very gladly keep and seed the entire season as rare almost-lost media.
