I mean you can run sdxl derivatives fine. It might be suboptimal in terms of speed and may or may not compromise quality, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. You should be able to make sexy slop.
Even flux is possible get working I believe but it will be quite slow.
Video diffusion is out of your territory though.
