Because it's an interesting take on a vn with 3d scenes and animations. the models are also way better than something like tokimeki 3. all the hate that toheart is getting from this style is really odd to me. there's endless amounts of traditional vns coming out with your standard 2d art but as soon as something different comes out people shit on it without even trying it. there's a lot of potential for future VNs if they implement this kind of 3d. 3d animation has the potential to elevate so many scenes and i would personally love to see more games give it a try.
