I care about Europeans and white folks as well. Same problems really, many parts of the USA are very white and very undeveloped.

Of course I care about white folks, I am a white man. As a Muslim, I can openly declare that I care about the health and future of white people and no one bats an eye, Muslims are heavily discriminated against as it is.
