much easier to just play with it until you learn it yourself, but in general, kerachole is your general purpose near-spammable mit, holos is your big mit for hard hitting stuff, physis makes everything else better so is really good with ixochole, zoe should almost always be used with pneuma, and addersting is dps neutral so toxikon is generally a movement tool unless you're doing some aoe shenanigans
what exactly do you have questions on, i am not an ultimate gamer so my gameplay is nowhere near optimized
