Yes, and yes, of course. There are already cults here inspired by Hellenism, Hellenism is very popular. Reconstructionist texts of Roman rites are very rich. Nationalism is one side of the coin, imperialism is the other, we are an Empire, and so was Rome. Roman gods have been worshipped here long prior to Christ. They are encoded in our lore.

Don't think it is a 'faith' like Abrahamic 'faiths'. In traditional pagan religions, you generally worship the genius of your family or father, you may also have a familial deity, for example Octavian's family venerated Mars. Mars is identical with the Celtic Camulus. There are many people across Europe who venerate Graeco-Roman gods. It is our pre-Christian heritage. These gods were syncretised and worshipped all over, in France, in Britain, in Germany etc.

Private cult is emphasised in pagan religions.

There is no 'faith' in Roman paganism or any other paganism, or even exclusivism. They are highly tolerant of foreign gods. Rome itself imported many foreign gods from Persia, the Greek East, Egypt, Rome has more Egyptian relics than Egypt. Roman religion is European history and a notion of metaphysics (i.e. dealing with gods as powers and numen.) Likewise they will know Egyptian gods and Celtic and Norse gods, and a method of relating to these powers.

It's not some strange thing. Every girl on tinder has 'I love greek myth'. Rome is like Harry Potter IRL. Everyone loves hearing how they had a hex removal office in government etc. Every academic speaks latin. I speak Latin and some greek myself. Every Briton who goes to university reads the classics. It doesn't mean you are Italian, that's an Enlightenment scientific view. It just means you are European. It is viewed as European heritage. So of course. I'm not going to trap them on a farm and demand they follow celtic gods.

I'm hoping to reconstitute institutions. And Roman gods are the ones tied to social and cultural institutions moreso than any other form
