Today's dinner:
Cabbage fritters, chicken breast and green beans with a cottage cheese dip.
Unfortunate that the cottage cheese dip looks like sick, but the meal was tasty.
~500 kcals for the whole plate, 62g protein.
Cabbage fritters were tasty, but I think I prefer zucchini fritters personally. Surprising, since I quite like white cabbage usually, but this didn't feel like it brought out the cabbage's strengths.
