What is one to do as a mid-early 20s NEET with autism, social anxiety, and a lack of skills or talents?

Everyday I'm overwhelmed and bummed out by my lack of direction and I don't know what to do with myself. I want to cry but I can't seem to shed any tears.

Anyway, I'm wondering what are some of the easiest and least demanding/chillest jobs someone in my position could find. Anyone got any suggestions?
