Why would any true Christian, at the time or even now, listen to Saul, who never met Jesus, and was not just a jew, but a Pharisee?
The Nicaean council included Paul's books because they saw the subversive value of them to twist the beliefs and exploit believers into a system of government for their own power - Catholicism.
