Raging Storm Hydoor is an Attacker that can act twice a turn thanks to his Courage Gauge. His 1st Skill deals damage to 1 enemy and if he is the first to act in the turn he will give himself Spd Up and gain an additional 1500 View Power. He has a passive where for every Speed Hero on your side of the field he will increase his attack by 15%. If he has Spd Up he increases his attack by another 10% and increases the spd of all allies by 5. 2nd Skill deals two hits to a 1 enemy and any adjacent enemies. If he has Spd Up he will activate his 2nd skill again targeting the enemy with the lowest HP up to two times. Each additional activation will have it's base damage lowered by 5%. Each additional activation will not consume nor will it earn any View Power. 3rd Skill deals 160% of his attack as damage to 1 enemy and the modifier increases based on the Spd difference between himself and the target. The modifier caps at 320% of his attack if the Spd difference is 50 points.
Now about Hydoor's Coruage Gauge every time he or an ally hits an enemy the gauge increases by 2. When CG reaches 10 he will act again if he already has acted in the same turn. If an Ally grants him Spd Up the he will increase CG by 5. So having allies that hit multiple times like Hydoor's 4star or Viscunam can get his CG filled quickly along with an ally that grants Spd Up. I really feel like I jinxed Hydoor by saying I hope he doesn't have a Spd difference requirement. At least this time he has 114 Spd and up to 119 Spd if you pair him with Sidekick Kalaski, Seiichiro, or Orbiter. Which I think Seiichiro would probably be the best due to his Active Skill and his SK Passive isn't bad either. But you'd also need an Ally with Super Spd Down so Hydoor's 3rd skill can get the max damage against enemies that are at 99 base Spd or if he has Spd Up then he'll deal max damage to enemies with 109 base Spd.
