i checked and they're not constant. they're in the main menu, loading screens and pause menu when i'm in dark spots.
there's also yellow "egg curve"shaped lines in the mirror.
the game looks normal otherwise.

maybe it's the game, maybe it's a visual bug. i swear the game looks fine.
