Hulurama definitely seems like it was a rushed production. The animation is the most obvious example, along with the surprisingly quick turnaround despite DiMaggio's delayed voice records. Still doesn't excuse the writing being so shit, though. They're only delivering 10 episodes a year now, so I expect the creative team to do a better job of filtering out the weaker ideas and refining jokes in the existing episodes.
