The notion that incels are all right wing is due to the fact that right wingers tend to be louder and right wing incel mass shooters usually manage to stay in public conciousness. Left wing incels usually are silent, because they surround themselves by people who despise men. That doesn't mean they are less desperate, just more covert with their desires because different to male incels they don't have an outlet. The stereotype of the mysogynist Male feminist exists for a reason, the original owner of an incel hate subreddit was an incel himself who lost his virginity somewhere after 30 years to a woman with over 11-12 years age gap difference (also heard rumors of grooming, but I didn't bother to check whether that was true).
