I did this at the start of my game. Even in the archive you can look it up. I spent Ligma to get my Haruka to ue40. No ragrets. (Some regrets but I love her)
Also used a spark and ligma for the UE50 here

Just had to spark NY and I raised someone else so I'm extra broke with no equip exp and I have 100 credits to my name.
Only NY has been visiting my cafe, but I have enough gifts to get base to 40 if she comes. Once she's 40, I'll get NY to 20 then back to the grind to 50
