Why are the good guys always the baddies ,_,

Something that i also thought about from their talk about genetics earlier but forgot to type about it : Waiiit so them being the same souls or something with the lines of being their previous selves... so HE and Hinata are truly a copy of each other... but is that the same as Ereshkigal and Mitsuki? or Ereshkigal and Ishtar or with Yumi? did she create that many copy of her selves?... it do make sense with the manner that the females are more in number... but she didn't give birth to them, no? same with Hinata and HE... how did that work exactly @_@
