Trump might've been cool with that, but the Iranians don't trust the U.S. with inspectors (flashbacks of Iraq) and the U.S. doesn't trust Iran (lack of transparency), so right now we're at a very cautionary stalemate where deals aren't progressing at all (no fucking thanks to Israel).
