She's a strong off-field DPS in a metagame that desperately wants them. Plus, she has great mindscapes and is arguably the character benefited the most from Yuzuha (who herself is an Astra side-grade) meaning she's relatively future-proofed so long as they keep making supports that allow her to build up tons of Abloom and/or greedy anomaly DPS who don't want to share the field. There's also some other factors too, like her having very flexible teams, or having tons of i-frames which is handing in endurance based challenges like the tower.
