Well, there's for example Muhteşem Yüzyıl, which I think in Malaysia at least was broadcast in English or with English subtitiles. Granted - Turkish, not Arab, and historical romance drama set in a harem, not NSFW wankfest with slave girls, but I doubt you could air that on normal TV in the Anglosphere either. You can roughly imagine what the "fanworks" on that theme look like (sexual slavery, harems, intrigue and murder basically).
