jungling is for ganking and securing obj, the camps are just there for when you dont have anything better to do
I have noticed that on games where I have focused more on clearing camps than ganking I end up losing
on the other hand, when I gank constantly, not only I lift my team up, but somehow my CS is still good or barely behind the enemy that only clears camps (sometimes feels like kills count as CS for junglers idk)
honestly, the only games where I focus more on clearing camps is when my team is so retarded they keep the lanes shoved all the time even if they can't win against their lane opponent in a serious fight nor poke them to low HP so its basically suicide to dive
