fuuuuck this bar in a nearby town just went belly up and is now being auctioned off for peanuts - I could break even just by renting a truck to pick up their equipment to sell it off later ooooooor I rent out place and open my own bar. With all of the licensing shit rent and merchandise I would have to sell ~950 beers/month (at a ridiculously low prices for the region) for the business to stay afloat and have a worker to keep all of it clean. Worst case scenario I’ll get my first bankruptcy:)
