Yes yes a thousand times yes. It's a criminally overlooked game, mostly due to poor sales and emulators having a game-breaking bug very early in the game.
It's not the best the N64 has to offer, but it's definitely the best Bomberman has to offer barring 8-player Saturn Bomberman.

Just be aware the amusement park haunted house can be an absolute pain in the ass and there is no shame in looking up a guide for that part.
