She mentioned getting bloodwork that said she had low vitamins and liver problems, I assume low enzymes, which isn't that big a deal but Saru made it sound pretty bad. Depends, maybe there is more to it that she was hiding. Either way it's what happens when your are French microwaved pasta eating alcoholic for a while.
