There's a kf forums thread on him which I saw a link to recently on my research on this "Is Race Realism Racist?" video. (I don't really like KF, but that's somewhat my ego and interests talking.) Aurini was involved in some drama (like the sarkesian effect and cringe short film that he made), but overall I feel like he gets hated on too much. Both from the normie/liberal/lefty crowd and the white nationalist or racist crowd. He certainly posted interesting ideas in his YouTube videos.
