it can't be patched out. well at least it's not a simple patch. It's not a bug it's a feature.
The way it works is it makes your player model invisible and spawns a yeti right on top of you. Your actual player model is morphed to fit the yeti and looks fucking weird

If you patch it out by making knockback not cancel the taunt, the player and the yeti gets desynced since the yeti doesn't respond to physics. So if you get piped and take a ton of knockback you'll just become invincible for the rest of the taunt, since people only see the yeti who hasn't moved
