I don't make fun of yoga fags anymore. I mean I still think it's gay. but I wouldn't dare make fun of them anymore. in fact I wish I started ten years earlier as some of my shit hurts that wouldn't hurt if I did. also yoga chicks. goddamn.

I can do dragon flags off of a jungle gym. if you are skinnyfat and looking to become beast this is what you want. the weights and eating will certainly help but look at older gym bros they get kyphosis and other shit not because they don't stretch but because they never applied their strength. develop your stabilizers and your joints through hardcore calisthenics, bodyweight, and jungle gym. these are the exercises that will prove your ability and protect your body for a lifetime.
and you can fuck better when you can flex your legs around the bed while holding yourself up with one arm straightened. are you still getting shakes when you hold yourself up on the bed? hit the bars and vault. be sure your yearly routine has at least three months of dedication to functional training and reconditioning. injury repair, physical therapy, and nutrion tuning during these months. cutting is an art as much as a science bro.
