Hispanic here: it's mainly our diet.

Because of genetics many of use have above average protein RDAs of about 100 grams instead of 40-60 grams observed in other human races and more importantly we're allergic to modern farmed foods like rice/beans/potato/onions and sometimes even corn. We're also VERY allergic to simple carbs.

In a cruel twist of irony many of us believe that if we stick to ancestral diets heavy in red meat we'll be seen as dumb cavemen so we try to fit into societies somewhat and mimic diets. Obviously it's not working out too good.

Also this is all going to vary based on what mutt variety we end up as but the weak hispanics you meet are in dire need of ancestral diets.
