I think we're making a big assumption with Reapa here. So in the anime, the Hakkero took in energy from all over Earth, and when it went out of control, it erupted and destroyed Castle Frypan to vent. Now, Ozotto's reactor took in spiritual energy from all of the realms, he said, so that is the Demon Realm, the Mortal Realm, and the Otherworlds too.

Now, we have a vivid picture of what happens when that flow of energy gets disrupted, our darling bundle of joy and spittle, Reapa. However, it is weird that with the energy of all the realms, Reapa grew horns. So my theory is this: Reapa grew horns and pointy ears, demon features, because the energy that was being tapped from the Demon Realm got blown out, and produced a spirit colored in Peppa's own right there in the immediate vicinity.

Now the assumption we've made is this: Reapa is the only offspring to come from this... but what if the other realms had something to say about that? How many puppies with Peppa's face have sprung up in their own respective realms, how much ground does Peppa have to cover with her kids when there's more of them running around All of Creation?
