this time of year tends to be slow, people taking time off and whatnot, but also yes, things could also get hectic after that depending on how things go, hopefully it won't be too bad and we can focus on the things we need to and not fixing shit that's broken

that sounds about right, usually better testing can help catch that stuff before it goes out, but you don't always find everything before users do
