Though if you're more looking for a Dire Wolf sized wolf, D20 Studios made some giant Wolf mount sized articulated wolves that look pretty fantastic. Most of em are hard to track down, and their prices are a bit high, but they are *massive* doggos. Pic related is the only one I could find "in stock" at any major online store, and he runs about $140ish, but the dude on his back is a Xesray gladiator figure and they're on par with Legions for size. Again, it's more of a mount then a "pet" or companion, but giant wolves are always cool.
