Toho doesn't seem to like personification stuff for Godzilla and their other kaiju. The design we have is just Mine's unofficial fanart.

Tsuburuya has done tons of that stuff with their kaiju though. Really, they should pull a Peach Panther, slightly change some details and implement her as a generic "Kaiju Friend" or something.

Overall, though I guess what's more surprising is that they've never done an Ultraman related Kaiju collaboration. Kadokawa themselves have published some (Ultra) Kaiju Girls manga.
