Damn. I have to admit I’m a bit disappointed. This whole time I thought Skrimp Shack was a black business— start to finish. It was one of those things I kept in the back of my mind…it was the exception to the rule. I thought, ‘well, at least we know they ‘can’ develop and run a successful business’.
Now I wish I hadn’t looked it up. It appears they named the place as they did to exploit the black market for skrimp (black folx do LOVE fried skrimps…so do I).
Turns out, it was founded and is owned by two crackers.
