They could revert some of the nerfs to Enchanter and Tank items.
People were complaining when Supports would roam for both grubs, when our items were busted, being able to influence multiple lanes, but now they removed that over time. There's very little reasons for Support to leave bot lane now since top doesn't have frequent objectives anymore. Our items got overnerfed too. Meanwhile ADC items keep getting buffed almost every other patch.
Like just the other day I was comparing items, Helia used to be so bonkers before, but now it's barely worth building on any Enchanter unless you're Milio. The active items are busted (Locket and Redemption, Shurelya is a meme), but nobody really builds those. They overnerfed Staff of Flowing Waters sometime ago, and it just feeds more into the "items are stale" argument for pretty much every champion too.
Funnily enough the current complaint from ADC players right now is: Support players do too much damage. Which I kind of agree with them.

Supports are "broken" for the first ~15 minutes of the game, then ADCs begin to come online, and outside of placing wards, Supports are just there at that point, relying on everyone else to do something.
