The numbered threads (currently #253) are where the super-majority of activity is centered, although there are also numerous side threads dedicated to more niche topics. Rules over there are about what you'd expect for an anonymous imageboard, while the content policy is what I'd describe as red board-lite (NSFW images are allowed so long as they are spoiler'd properly)
