We havnt even done our 'asian pivot' so no, we dont really have a plan, consider that the Marines already cancled the tomahawks of the JLTV shit, consider that the US has no idea how to counter the amount of mass China will throw at it. People like to talk about muh carriers muh carriers, but forget the fact that Islands are unsinkable carriers. At best you can temporarily stop a airport with holes in the runway but that will only last a few hours. There are dozens of these (picrel) islands they can use, some are quite large and have built up defense, so much so I would like to wish to visit one, like I would love to just chill on one of these islands, you can also even see they got sport fields, and the tropic weather must be nice too. They probably just bing chilling, and mess with US sailors that sail by.
