Solomon is so strong, that he gave up his powers and became a normal human to feel alive. Part 1 of FGO only happens because a demon steals his old body and uses it in a plot to make it so that humanity literally never existed. He aims to do this by using Solomon's strongest attack, to wipe out the very concept of human history.
Solomon eventually faces this guy and casually strips him of all his powers before dying and leaving the rest to Gudao (the self insert protagonist of the game)
