Any draw/terrify will counter this hard. Fiddlesticks will rip this deck apart. The only upside is the 3x card change for him.
Sure he'll go deep relatively quickly but I think that unless something mitigates the high cost problem the whole deck has then he's just going to end up as a worse Ornn. You can't even reasonably put Disciple of Shadows on the dude, he doesn't go wide and gets nothing from killing his own units (plus you probably wont be deep yet).
