Its been a couple of years for me. Go out a day before the hunt starts and scout a good location where you see fresh tracks. Next day go to area and stay in one spot and make alternating moose calls (calf, bull, cow) on and off every 15 mins or so. See what call it reacts to. Change your spot if it feels right.
