there's mods for randomized monster placement, mods to make all enemies harder (like a hard mode), mods that redistribute loot locations or even makes all loot random, mods that add more item drops to mobs, mods for new character abilities, mods to expand character creation, mods to add DD music (I specifically use the into free mod in image)
there's even mods that brought back the berserk collab items ported over into DD2.
