They feel like real fake boobs. These ones are silicone filled so they have weight, and "volume" to them that stickvon ones and the less expensive cotton filled ones have. I've slept in these before and they're not uncomfortable or weird feeling. The only thing I dislike is that you get really sweaty under them and I started having skin issues if I would wear it for more than a few hours
