See it could be worse, cause almost every race had two leans. The second one usually comes with a little extra animation of leaning forward and looking around, or some variation of how the legs are arranged, hands on hip, crap like that.
They just gave the basic bitch lean for the emote, but the code is there to make it a lot more sexual with a few races.
