When you break it down to the actual crime-committing bracket of 15-yo to 55-yo normal males, then white folks are expected to have to commit more than 300% of the crime just in order to keep up, and I don't think anybody got time for that. Best we just kill the perpetrators straightaway, imo, and stop denying the truth.
