The crew is now operating a new kitchen. It's been awkwardly attached to what was originally a public dining room for guests with attached bathrooms.
It's taken on a really unique layout due to the pond within the caldera.
It has backdoor access which is closer to the farming areas so raw food goes in one side and finished meals come out the other, hopefully limiting traffic through the kitchen.
