I got behind the counter in the green room but it won't let me do it again for some reason? After the mantle fight I pushed down to exit the area back into the S-rank hallway and kris kept going into the void for a second and then a small path leads behind the counter.

I went back to take a picture but the wall is solid? Can you do it once or can you only do it at a certain point?
