The messed up straps could be caused either by setting the model CFG too low (the model has too much freedom and thinks of nonsensical details), or by setting the sampler steps too low (the model doesn't have enough iterations to extrapolate fine details).
I'm not sure what your settings are, but this kinda looks like the work of WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL which normally makes pretty crisp images. I'd make sure your CFG is set higher than 4.0, and that your sampler is set to DPM++ 2M Karras with 22 or more steps (or Euler A with 30 or more steps).
Unless you like your settings. Then you can tell me to jump off a bridge.
