Absolutely, that is before Hisoka came back stronger than ever from his post-mortem nen. Hisoka is now a living deathmachine with the terrifying amplified rubber and gum ability possibly known as "Bungee World". This is partially still speculation, but it is clear that Hisoka's limbs have mostly been replaced by rubber and gum limbs. And the strength of his aura and his speed have become even much more terrifying than before. This boost to his power obviously fits the Shounen rules of stronger opponents appearing after previous enemies have been defeated. But as for how powerful Hisoka truly has become, this is still open for debate. We just have not seen enough yet.
