I don't read Ichi however if you showed me this design with next to zero context I'd sooner say the character is Black before I'd say Indian let alone fucking Arabic. I'm not saying they're the only people who wear them, but predominantly Black people do the whole Balloon/Puff hairstyles plus with how they're textured in the hairstyle as well.
