Rather than that Captain America rip-off, Puerto Rico should include Tato y Kenepo on the map, a series of newspaper comic strips and comic books I grew up with. They were great as a kid, not sure how they hold up now. But they were a lot of people's childhood and a lot more memorable.
Unfortunately the creator passed away a few years ago so there's no new content coming out.
