I still don't understand what made Rocks so evil that he supposedly had to be LE STOPPED. At this point, I don't see what he could do or has done that would make him worse than the cartoonishly evil demon rapists/CDs if he managed to become King of the World.
Rocks indirectly showed Loki a way of life, even if he hurt him. Loki started having big dreams rather than being depressed all the time.
Not to mention he actively fought and opposed CDs. Tried to take down the Holy Land too (something that even GOYrp didn't work towards), and stands up for his friends. He presumably doesn't stand for slavery either, seeing as he warned Harald that he would be enslaved when they first met.
To me Rocks seems to be a man of ambition but isn't needlessly cruel such as people like Garling or other WG characters. That already tells me he'd be leagues better than the CDs and SHARTmu.
I'm not even wanking at this point - I genuinely cannot think of anything Xebec would do now that would be worse than what the WG has done. To me it seems Oda will have to come up with a damn good reason to justify why Roger and Garp were on the right side history killing THAT man in the future.
