wtf happened to the anchor? Anyway, let me add to it. Went ahead and updated Rapi, both updating the defs to make her more in line with Weird Rapi from the latest story chapters and the summer event. Kinda jarring compared to old Rapi, but I've found myself liking her a lot... Also added another greeting for picrel and Utopia cruise ship.
